Do you already have your Private Session (50 min) purchased?

This form is used to reserve the date and time for your already purchased consultation. It allows us to schedule your session accurately. We will adapt to your calendar. Please propose three specific time slots that work for you.

Please provide:

Your name and the email used during purchase (if different from the one you use now)
Your order number or the reference from your confirmation email
Three suggested time slots on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 CET
(for example: Tuesday Jan 14 at 10:00, Wednesday Jan 15 at 15:30, Thursday Jan 16 at 11:00)

After receiving your form, we will confirm one of your proposed time slots by email and send you the Zoom access details.
