FAQ

A SALES ITEM is a fixed offering (e.g. consulting hour or digital download) that customers pay for immediately via Stripe. An ORDER is simply an inquiry form—customers submit what they want, then you send them a payment link or QR code.

Go to Card Settings → Sales & Orders. Toggle on “Display activated SALES ITEMS on your page” to enable instant purchases, and/or toggle on “Display activated ORDERS BY EMAIL on your page” to accept order requests. Save to apply.

Yes—on the Manage Sales Items page, click an item to open its edit form. There you can adjust the title, description, price, currency, and availability limits. You can also select or upload professional images to showcase your offerings, giving your page a polished, high-end look.

Here’s how to pause or resume your sales anytime:

Yes—if you want customers to pay instantly for SALES ITEMS, you must connect a valid Stripe account under Card Settings → Payments. Once connected, you can accept payments from over 100 countries.

ORDERS (email requests) don’t require Stripe. You also have two simple alternatives:

  • Share your payment link
  • Share your QR code (opens the customer’s banking app for a direct bank transfer)

You can’t embed the entire form as an iframe, but you can easily link to it or add a button to your MainSquare page anywhere you want.

  • How to share: Simply use your personal MainSquare URL or a QR code.

  • Where to place it: In navigation menus, on marketing pages, static landing pages, printed materials, on a company car, or directly on your building.
